All three RENOVATE packages are designed to complete in 7–14 days. The Basic Refresh typically takes 7–10 days, the Convert 7–14 days, and the Full Remodel 10–14 days. We give you a specific timeline at your consultation and stick to it.
The "starting from" price is the floor for that package. Your final quote is determined during your free in-home consultation once we see your specific bathroom and discuss your material choices. Once we issue a quote and you sign, that price is locked. No change orders for scope we agreed on upfront.
Absolutely — this is something we've specifically built into all three packages. We can add grab bars, zero-entry shower thresholds, bench seating, non-slip flooring, and wider doorways for wheelchair or walker access. Just mention this during your consultation and we'll tailor the design accordingly.
We're based in Seguin, TX and serve the greater San Antonio metro, Austin, Houston, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, give us a call and we'll let you know right away.
Our warranty covers all labor and workmanship — tile installation, plumbing connections, fixture installation, and finish work. If anything we installed fails due to workmanship issues within 10 years, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials are separate and passed through to you.
You don't have to leave — but the bathroom being renovated will be out of service for the full project duration. Our crew works clean and cordons off the work area. Most homeowners stay home without issue, though some prefer to make alternate arrangements during the demo phase (days 1–2).
