3. Quotes and Estimates

Any estimates, pricing ranges, or project timelines communicated verbally, via email, or through this website are preliminary only and are not binding. Final pricing is determined by a written proposal and executed contract. Costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, scope changes, and other factors discovered during the project.

4. RENOVATE Program Terms

The RENOVATE program advertised on this website is subject to the following conditions:

• Advertised timelines (7–14 days) are estimates based on standard scope. Delays caused by permit requirements, material lead times, unforeseen structural issues, or client-requested changes are not counted against the project timeline.
• Pricing packages are starting points. Final pricing depends on the specific scope confirmed during the consultation and site assessment.
• The RENOVATE program is available in select service areas only. Eligibility is confirmed at the time of consultation.
• All RENOVATE projects are governed by a separate written project agreement signed prior to commencement of work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Project photos and portfolio content displayed on this website and our CompanyCam gallery represent actual work completed by Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms for all projects are set forth in the applicable written contract. General payment expectations include:

• A deposit is required prior to scheduling and commencement of work
• Progress payments may be required at milestones specified in the contract
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project
• Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the contract may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of work

Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC reserves the right to file a mechanic's lien on the property in accordance with Texas Property Code Chapter 53 for unpaid balances.

10. Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work is performed. Verbal authorizations for scope changes are not binding on Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC. Change orders may affect project timelines and pricing.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or any services provided by Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Guadalupe County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Force Majeure

Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, material shortages, labor disputes, or any other circumstance outside our direct control.

13. Photography and Marketing

Unless expressly prohibited in writing, Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use those photographs for marketing purposes, including on this website, social media, and promotional materials. No personally identifiable information about the property owner will be published without consent.

14. Email Marketing — Consent and CAN-SPAM Compliance

By submitting your email address through any form on this website and checking or acknowledging the consent statement, you expressly consent to receive periodic marketing communications from Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC. These communications may include bathroom renovation tips, project stories, RENOVATE program updates, and promotional offers.

• Consent is required: We will not add you to our email list without your explicit opt-in. Pre-checked boxes do not constitute consent.
• What you'll receive: Content related to bathroom remodeling, home renovation, the RENOVATE program, and general homeowner tips. We may also send occasional promotional offers.

Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to an active project or service agreement, which we may continue to send as necessary.

15. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide a phone number and consent to receive text messages from Roaring Lion Renovation, LLC — whether verbally, in writing, or via a web form — you agree to receive SMS messages related to your project, consultation scheduling, or service updates.
